was born and raised in Southern Indiana, where my father discovered my
fascination for the Outdoors at the young age of three when my first largemouth
bass hit a jitterbug in an early-evening June rain shower. I was raised with a
respect for the land, the memories it creates, and the life lessons it
provides. I developed my skills in commercial real estate transactions, but
returned to focus those skills on the land I grew up in.
After graduating from Indiana University with
a Degree in Real Estate Finance and Accounting, I began my career in real
estate development - mastering the intricacies of transactions and navigating
the complexities of land markets across Texas and Virginia. Driven by a
steadfast respect for nature and a love for the untraveled, I made a conscious
decision to channel my skills into a more harmonious venture – hunting land and

currently reside on the Northwest side of Indianapolis near the Boone and
